    The project does not seem to have been setup properly. For instance, line item 3 with 117.99 GBP should only accept a higher numerical value than 117.99 as the USD amount. However, the project as setup for a lower value of 93.014529 to be accepted as the USD amount. This is purely about how the exchange rate conversion was setup.
