Ryan has strong experience in skills landscaping and bringing this to life through skills matrices and capability frameworks. Previously, he was a Data Science Consultant at Empiric and Venn Group.

David is an analyst turned Data Culture expert. He spearheads initiatives to transform AXA into a data-driven organisation by empowering all staff to enhance their data knowledge, irrespective of their role or current expertise.
